Arnold Herrera is definitely the best in the game. Along with the rest of the team from Academy mortgage. He will definitely get you your dream house, because I can honestly say he help me make my dream come true. He was there every step of the way just like a great skilled lender should be and like he said just trust the process and it’ll all be worth it in the end. I can honestly say this is the best decision of my life. I put all my trust in him and I’m so glad I did. so yes I highly recommend him if you are looking into buying a home.

Jon was awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect because of the rising rates but he worked tirelessly to earn my trust and work on getting me the best rate. Even when I didn’t trust the process he was working for me. He found a program that worked for my particular situation that secured a rate that is unheard of in these uncertain times. What set him apart from the other lender I was considering is when he put in the extra work on the weekend so I could negotiate for a gem that I came across. Had he not gone that extra mile I would have missed out on this place I now call home. Jon was very thorough. He made sure I had the documents that would be needed and had a back up plan to the back up plan to ensure there were no setbacks. His knowledge, hard work and dedication made this whole process a great experience. I would gladly recommend him and Academy Mortgage again.

I couldn’t recommend Academy more!! They have been so great throughout the entire process. We specifically worked with Ashleigh and she was so so great, we could not have went through the process without her kind spirit, her way of explaining things where it was easy to understand, and her answering phone calls and texts at the drop of a hat. You could tell she knew her stuff and she was always so on top of communicating with the title company and realtor. Highly recommend!!
