Beware of Delma she calls herself a manager. You have to repeat yourself several times and ahe still cant get your payment correctly. "Its not her fault its yours" , and guess what, nothing happens because shes the manager. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER recommend to anyone of my friends. I wouldnt have given it any stars if it would have let me.

I have had this little loan since 2002 that I pay off every year. it is always available for me in desperate times. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Being a single Grammy on a budget is hard enough, w/out the stress of needing money is very relieving. Thank you!!

The manager there is very rude she will hang up the phone on your and then tell you she calling the cops on you but for what. Alma Rodriguez treat becoming pr customers with respect.

Ms. Rodriguez was very rude and unprofessional she was no help whatsoever she acted in such an unethical mannersince even hung up the phone on me when i asked for corporate number very bad experience all around
