Cash Store, San Antonio, TX

This was my total balance walking out the door. I had to pay another $32 dollars from hidden fees.. Why wasn’t that included in the total balance? As well as the hidden fee not being included in the information provided? People struggling out here, that $32 makes a big difference.

Liz was amazing and helpful. Made my experience stress free and was very talkative. I love that. She was engaged and helped me till I was done. Amazing!!!!

My representative helped me out with ease. I came in with a problem on line and getting a loan and she took the time to contact the support team, have them cancel the on line app and reissue the loan at the store. WHO DOES THAT?? My rep did! Above and beyond with such grace and kindness all with a smile. Because of her I will send referrals. When you come to a store frustrated and leave feeling appreciated is something to be commended for! WAY TO GO CASH STORE …,keep hiring people like her for exceptional service.
