Gentry Finance Corporation, San Antonio, TX

Our local company that is now closed, recieved automatic payments through voluntary wage assignments so i had payments automatically taken out of my paychecks. They always ended up saying i was late on my payments when they got 100 out of every paycheck until they closed last november. Then they got 160.00 2xs a week. We checked cause they reported to credit bureaus my "delinquency" that i still owed 170.00....my work kept track of my payments and told me when my last payment was...Gentry finance continue to mark me as laye and overdue. I habe proof of my payments. Not o ly that, but they only have record of me making 60.00 payments 2x a month. Big contradition to 160.00 2x mo. If i would have never checked my credit report and called, i never would have known that not all of my payments were getting applied to my account. Now i struggle getting this resolved. Check your accounts if your making automatic payments, cause its obvious there was some embezzlement going on, and how do i know now that my automatic payments were correct the whole time i got my loans?

this company has given me several loans in the past five years. no problems ever. they closed shop in my town and passed me around to 3 different states and still no issues UNTIL this month when i received a past due notice in the mail. called them got the run around with a we will call you back. DIDN'T called them back told me they would take it out of my account NOOOOOO i paid got checks from the bank to prove so. their fault BUT they didn't care still a charge cant wait to be done in march and will NEVER do any business with them because they are not like the people in my town. these people in Texas are rude, lying, screw with you for a measly dollar. Thank you for making me a non customer in the near future!!!!!
