Myself and my roommate came to apply for a loan. ( She needed the money for cremation expenses) the first day we came both ladies up front we're very rude. We felt very rushed. It was almost closing time and they insisted we come back tomorrow. We said we're half way thru the process. They still decided to be rude. It wasn't until I raised my voice saying "maybe if you knew why we were here you would have a little bit more compassion and patience when working with your customers". Needless to say we left with the loan and only one of the two ladies apologized. Not even a week later we are here again to make a payment, mind you ahead of schedule. The lady today is already rude. We walked in and we weren't even greeted with a hi. Hello. Right away it's were closed! But yet the door is still unlocked. I said we're just here to make a payment. Ugh. Well what's your name. We gave the name. Well we're closed so you can sit down and wait till I'm done with this customer. Is this place just plain out rude?? Never again will we ever use this place. in my opinion find somewhere else to go.
