Rude employees on the phone especially Susie! I have a relative that pays on time and she has been denied a new loan or even refinance because I used to work there over a year ago. Horrible place to work and get a loan with! AVOID THIS PLACE, AND NOBLE FINANCE ON SW MILITARY. THEYRE THE SAME COMPANY UNDER ROYAL MANAGEMENT, AT ALL COST! There are other loan companies who will charge you the same or even less interest and actually treat you with respect and provide good customer service.

These "ladies"(Note the quotation marks) are the same oxygen theives that attempted to contacted my sister while she was in a medically necessary coma. The calling party was offended when when I told her that she could not speak at her. She then asked me if was going to make the payment for her. I told her emphatically NO. I called back and demanded to talk with the offender, funniest thing, the useless eaters did not know who called and threatened to call the police if I showed up at the office. Later I wanted to give them a payment and when I entered the office, they all stared at me like I was one of the monsters from the Alien movies. I had to ask if they wanted my money. Susie counted the cash and in a demanding voice said, you're ten dollars short. I not getting the ten dollars for you since I'm not your customer. I'm doing a favor for my sister and I told my sister not to deal with you loansharks. Then I said what will you do if I don't pay. The head shark replied, We'll carry her as delinquent. I replied "Is that the best you can do? They later called my sister and told her not to send me there again are they'd have me arrested for disorderly conduct. Do not deal with these so called people. I believe that specialize in abusing desperate people who don't or can't obtain the information needed to protect their rights. They will not work with you! They are rude, and have no caring or empathy. To them you are only a cash cow, not a person. If you choose not to listen to my advice and do sign papers, and later have issues with them, contact the Better Business Bureau, the Legal Aid Society, or the Legal Clinic at the St.Mary's University College of Law, and the Federal Trade Commission.

This office is under "New Management" and has changed a lot in the customer service and in the way business is handled. We strive to give the best service and do our best to accommodate every customer need. If you had a bad experience in the past, Please give us another chance, I am sure you wont be dissapointed.

They don’t listen or they’re not educated one of the two .I don’t know if they know how to use a computer or read messages what’s the use of them having a computer and writing notes when they don’t apply to it . Told not to put my card on file and they did.
