When I first applied for the loan, I had one of the best experiences ever with the loan officer. Unfortunately, fast forward a few months later and instantly regret my choice. The loan officer did not provide me with accurate information about my loan and missed disclosures that should have been read to me. I only later found out after reading the documents and as well when the main office tried to contact me. I lost my job and thought I had insurance to cover me until I found one, but unfortunately that is not how it works like the loan officer said. As well, the associates just weren't willing to assist and wanted to continue you to try and charge me a 40 dollar fee to defer my payment. I'm back up on my feet and will definitely be paying this off asap.

Nothing as is stated need perfect 800 score if that's the case why go to them just to pay high interest

Not a good company to obtain assistance from! I obtained a loan two years ago and never missed a payment! I received information of a "pre-approval" for a new loan for expenses or whatever. I was denied bc of "budget" When I asked Crystal what she meant she just kept repeating well it's bc of budget... I didn't care for her in the beginning as she did not seem to want to assist me anyways. But at any rate take you business elsewhere this company is a predatory lender, not for those families actually trying to provide themselves a second chance at credit.

2nd time getting a loan from this location and lady's here helped both times. Will continue to send friends and family here.
