I found this company through credit karma. I applied and my application was denied because they called the wrong # when trying to get in touch with me. i called to get assistance and the person who answered wasnt very helpful and didnt seem like she wanted to help me. I tried to reapply online and i cant now. I really needed a loan but i guess not.

I was really amazed at how easy and quickly my loan request was approved and processed. I submitted an online application and the following day I was contacted and from there everything went so fast and smooth I couldn't believe it. The manager and loan officer were very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the questions I asked. I was at the office for approximately 30 to 45 mins. and everything was taken care of. I commend the efficiency of the manager and the loan officer. Had a very good experience and glad that I chose One Main to do business with.
