Alejandro Dozal is one of the only people who has ever helped me feel like my property and my situation is not just another call. When I talk to anyone else 99% of the time they are brazen and not always as compassionate. I’m sure I’m not one of the favorite customers due to the fact that I have missed payments and just like other humans life happened and hard. So I feel like I’m being judged and An inconvenience and humiliated to no end with my issues. Yes it’s an easy fix to get the county off for taxes but If I would’ve known it’s the same dealing with Bell County I wouldn’t have done it. Having said that I called and was made to feel that if I didn’t come up with a certain amount in 21 days I would lose my house point blank. I just happened to call back to get the bad news written down to try to see what In Gods name I could do and Alejandro said that was one option or another option MAKE payment arrangements!!! I have money to pay now so I’m not asking for a handout or magic or a miracle but why wasn’t I given that option when I called the first time! It almost sounded like they were just content to give me that news. If I wouldn’t have called back just to make sure I was hearing everything correctly I prob would’ve lost my house due to having an anxiety attack and being in the hospital. I know I sound like a dramatic whiner but it takes a lot for me to ever do reviews at all. My main point here was to give Alejandro the spotlight I feel that even if he couldn’t do anything to help me he would’ve tried to be a little more compassionate and understanding. I know I have to pay and I owe money but it’s a lot easier to hear compassion and understanding. Thank you so much Alejandro and God bless you even if you didn’t have any options your kindness is a rare trait nowadays my God bless you!!

Alejado (Alex) was extremely professional and friendly. He went above and beyond to answer ALL of my questions. He took great care to ensure that I understood details of my loan. The caliber of customer service and connection he provided was EXCELLENT! True gem! I would recommend Ovation Services without hesitation.

I needed to speak with someone regarding a payment on my account. I spoke with Elaine. She was so very accommodating. She took the time to understand the situation and told me how to handle the situation in the future. She was kind and did not make me feel bad about my situation. The people at Ovation are always so pleasant.

We were shocked to find liens on our home when we were contacted by the title company while in the process of selling. After a very frustrating day of trying to find out who really was servicing the loan, Raul was considerate and gentle. We found the situation better than what was first imagined. Thank you Raul!

Don't argue with them let them have the house like I did now the house is a hood house I was given a vacate notice what they didn't know I had already purchased a new house I moved out on the nov.7 2023 now the hood has kicked in doors stolen every thing my ex neighbor seen them trying to remove the window. So with that being said in my old neighborhood they will steal your draws off good luck to the new owners this neighborhood is hell thank God I'm out of there with a new husband new life thanks ovation for the new life I'm living no way I was going to pay all that up on moving I left because two living snakes and no on wanted to help me move the best person I meet was Ernesto

This company are a bunch of crooks please people beware I had loan for 7 years my loan not once deceased making payments customer service reps are so rude. They stole money from me when I sold my house. I could never get a correct payoff balance ever. And when I did get payoff they added on 2000.00 to the payoff I'm telling you they are crooks these 5 Stars rating have to be false. BEWARE
