I 've had a loan there for a couple of years, always paid on time until last month. I was about 2wks late, so I brought in a money order for what my payment is and Jacqueline said I needed to pay 10 more for a late fee. I didn't have any more money. she called and harassed me about it the rest of the month. this month I was late again, having money issues, I' m 13 days late and she repossessed my car, saying 43 days late , when I am only 13.
