Pilgrim Mortgage is the best in San Antonio. Their staff is full of knowledge, and lots of years of experience I highly recommend them. They seen many purchases and can advise with any purchase. This is my second home but I learn more about the process because their staff willingness to explain the process. I felt more confident, proud, and empowered to go in to this purchase knowing the process.

So, I used Pilgrim Mortgage and really didn't have many complaints. After almost an entire year, I still receive spam mail from them that averages about 1-2 letters PER DAY! If I skip checking the mail or go on vacation, it literally fills my mailbox. I never asked for it and already used their services, but wow.... relentless! I would give 4 or 5 stars, but if you use them then you accept a lifetime of spamming. - Update - A new high score: 4 SPAM letters in ONE DAY! Just never ends.

Where to begin, We will forever be grateful for Pilgrim Mortgage. Merrily Brown and her team are amazing at what they do. They have genuine love and dedication for their clients. They made us feel like family every step of the way even when we weren’t officially clients. Always checking in on us and looking out for our best interest. Home buying is stressful, but when you have a company who goes above and beyond to assure your experience be a blessed one is just something indescribable. You can not go wrong with them.

My daughter and son in law used Pilgrim Mortgage when they purchased their home, so I thought I would give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I was approved in less than 24 hours. After that Tyler and Lauren held my hand through the entire process. After closing, they stayed in contact with me to make sure that everything was ok. I was very happy with Pilgrim Mortgage and would reccomend them highly. The customer service is great. They will answer any questions you have in a timely manner and in a professional way. It you listen to what they tell you and follow their instructions, there is no reason why you can't have a smooth closing like I did. Pilgrim Mortgage was absolutely wonderful to work with. My mortgage lender officer was Sophia Perez and she was so helpful and worked FAST! She answered every question we had and made us feel informed and secure about our decision to work with Pilgrim Mortgage. Renee Glover was also extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Pilgrim was able to give us a low interest rate and a payment we were very comfortable with! I highly recommend this place!

We worked with Matt and Michelle at Pilgrim Mortgage to finance our first home. They were extremely courteous and professional when it came to the process. Matt came to meet with us in person with our realtor to make it more personal and not just another voice over the phone, which we really appreciated. He and Michelle answered all of our questions in a timely manner and in a way we would understand. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, and Matt was there on closing day to talk to us about any questions we had.
