The employees @ this location demonstrate great customer service skills and were very helpful to me when I got behind one payment by helping me to resolve the issue in a way not detrimental to me.

This location is very good. They were understanding of everybody needs and they will work with you.

I was very lucky to have met Norma, she Was professional friendly and very knowledgeable.

They're quick to pull your credit but take forever to get an approval or call you back like they say they will. Every time you call it will be an excuse. I just ended up cancelling, I'll take it as a blessing in disguise. Fortunately, I didn't need it for an emergency.

Not a fan of the customer Service that is Provided. I feel that major Improvement is necessary. I believe Norma is the main one who I feel needs a major improvement. Make me feel like a welcomed customer not uncomfortable and make me feel like just a number apart of a Statistic to how many accounts you have opened. Can’t wait to fully pay out my account don’t plan on Renewing my account.
