Regional Finance, San Antonio, TX

I've had my loan with Regional finance for the longest time. I have had no issues. I missed one or 2 payments due to my debit card being replaced but immediately paid it when I got the new ones in the mail. The original loan isn't my issue. My issue is with the discordance of my loan renewal. I called before 10 am and was reassured that I would receive an email or phone call in 30 minutes. By 12 I figured they went to lunch and would follow up later. By 3pm I hadn't received any communication so I called them up to see what my status was. They were so weird about saying the loan was rejected. I had to ask, because they wouldn't outright say it. I have no issue with being denied(though I've had 100%payment history), it happens and thats why I look to loans in trying times, I have issue with the lack of compassion through your efforts to reach out to me about it. Im sure it was expected that I would just forget about it in hopes it wouldn't need to be dealt with. I'll continue to pay on my current loan because it affects my credit, but I will no longer sing praises for Regional Finance to anyone.

Michelle was awesome she went over my application and explained every detail to where I understood everything. Michelle can rise up to a higher position with your company because she knows so much of her position. Michelle also has a great personality and I want to say thank you to Michelle and your company.

I felt that everything went smooth and it was easy getting the forms that were needed to complete my application for the loan.

I've paid off a previous loan without issue. I'm currently paying a second loan off but my car has been in the shop for almost a month and I need money to pay my bills too. However, because I haven't worked in almost a month I can't get a loan? I get my car back this week and will be able to work again. This doesn't seem very compassionate to me.

I applied for a consolidation loan and the process was extremely easy. The representatives that processed the loan were excellent. I would recommend Regional Finance to anyone seeking a loan.
