Gabby was fairly new. She had a few problems with the paperwork and every time she asked for help . The lady up front who was the manager (I forgot her name) Didn't take the time to actually walk over to the desk and assist her properly . 3 times my paperwork had to be reprinted . I don’t blame the new girl at all. I blame management for not taking the time to actually walk the new girl through the process . It took my a lil over 2 hours in the office for the loan to be complete. Also the assistant manager hung up the phone on me the other day prior to my visit in the office . She got upset when I asked her to calm down and and please let me finish speaking , as she kept rudely interrupting me . I didnt enjoy my experience with the manager nor the sassy assistant that works there . The new girl Gabby gave it her best. She was very courteous .
