I am so happy with the team that work for Regional Finance they have helped me out 2 times now,they are friendly with the people who call or come in the office

The ladies are always polite & helpful & as long as you let them know what’s going on when payment is coming up they work with you.

This is ridiculous I trying to renew my loan I call and the girl she helping me call me and said send me the paper work today she left and live me in the air until Wednesday I can believe this bad customer services

Lorraine was very helpful and patient with me and she helped me a lot, I would recommend Regional Finance to everyone that ask me

my experience was good everyone was nice to me until Christina told me she would let me know something on Oct 16,2023 because she need to find out why I was getting denied never heard from her call late in the day Monday they said she was busy with customer and that they would tell her to call me NO CALL NOTHING A LITTLE FRUSTRATED WHY TELL ME THAT SHE WILL CALL ME WHEN I GOT NO CALL JUST FRUSTRATED already Oct 19, and still NO CAL FROM CHRISTINA I guess Regional don't care soooo UPSET OCT 31,2023 STILL NO CALL NO EXPLANATION WHY SHE NEVER CALL ME BACK VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Staff was friendly and informative and very helpful in optioning a new loan amount.Took very little time to get the loan...loved the staff for making easy...would recommend Regional Finance to my friends and family.
