These guys were AWESOME. I needed some help to cover a predatory Furniture lease through ashley furniture and they made it SOOOOO easy! They covered my lease payoff and a little extra to get to the next check and saved me THOUSANDS by helping me out. If I didn't pay off that lease by the first it would have ballooned from 1700 dollars to 9000. Regional Finance and their staff are fast and professional.

Terrible tone in service from Lisa, cut me off while talking and giving information. When she asked where I’d lived given I’d move I was trying to remember the dates seemed as if I was not talking fast enough for her and then proceeded to tell me that what I’d mentioned was all she needed. I’m not a super sensitive person but I also work for a credit union and it’s displeasing having to check a representative’s attitude towards the customer. The call was 9 minutes long could’ve been shorter had their not been any rude extra commentary towards the customer I’d received a notification that my credit had already been pulled so I kindly asked if I could leave a time they would be able to call me back she responded with “no” to my surprise And stated I could call back they are open 9 am following day after she said they would contact me. It’s very disappointing having people working customer service who hate customer service.

As I Walk-in the Staff welcomed me and went to the nearest Rep: Ms. Silvia worked with me on my account. Ms. Silvia was motivated, dedicated, and highly discipline. I would like to give thank to Regional Finance for hiring Ms. Silvia a person of such high caliber.

Horrible experience! I just needed a quick small loan to secure my hotel for a last minute trip that I’m taking at the end of the month before the prices skyrocketed. Not only did the application process take forever. But, I was made to wait 5 hours for a call back that would inform me if I had been approved or not. I worked with Jon every step of the way. Jon approved me for a $500 loan. He sent over some documents that I needed to sign and I sent back photo evidence of income, residency, and identification. By the time everything was completed it was already well after 5pm. I work 25 minutes away from this office so I had to come the next day to sign the rest of the documents and pick up the check. Today, I drove 25 minutes to this location on my 1 hour lunch break. I called in advance to let Jon know I was on the way, he then told me this company requires collateral which was new information to me but not an issue. Upon arrival, Jon once again confirmed the amount I was approved for and I provided collateral + 3 references. As I was sitting there waiting, he had to call one of his coworkers for assistance. Suddenly, he tells me that my application had been denied because I don’t make enough money?? I had never been so HUMILIATED in my life, I just gathered my items and left. I drove almost 30 minutes on my lunch break to this office just to be embarrassed in front of all of those people. There was no reason I should have been approved multiple times over the phone and in person just to be denied last minute with that bogus explanation. My time, energy, and gas was wasted. Jon obviously needs more training because this entire experience was unacceptable. Don’t waste your time with this company.
