This is by far one of the if not the worst company anyone could ever work for. If you are late for a couple minutes, you are suspended, even if the weather is bad and raining. You are not allowed to speak to anyone in the parking lot or in other departments as the CEO records and makes you aware of it. The pay is less, they do not allow anyone to call in absent if their child is ill. I have personally seen them fire someone because her child had to go to the hospital. The CEO says you either come to work to pay the hospital bill or stay with your son in the hospital. The worst of the worst animals that own this place.

I don't work for this company but I do know several who do and I know that this company offers more than some companies do. I have seen that if you do your job and keep your office with good numbers and train your staff as a manager should do that you will not have any problems. We all know a work place isn't always play time so yes you will have some days where you feel stressed but for most part it is what you make it. That being said simple as doing your job and not in someone else's business can get you a #1 Office

Every negative review is true. They will use you to accomplish what they want. Owner is a narcissist. Dress code is so 1975. They recently closed 100 offices. Beware of Mr. SISTOS. He is a yes man and has no backbone and will throw you under the bus . Sad to think a grown man can be that way.The owner recently brought Mr. Belcher out of retirement to help assist in closing the offices. Rightly so, the owner owns him. He lives in the owners condo and uses his boat all the time. Working in the office was hell. No talking to fellow employees. One of the perks was driving a company vehicle. 90 percent of them were death traps. Check engine lights on, brakes metal to metal etc. Dont get me wrong, if you were a female and good looking you wouldn't have any problems. If you dont mind being yelled at and degrated in front of everyone, this place is for you. I could go on and on, just read all the negative reviews. Its all absolutely correct. After working in hell giving 100 percent just to be used. I really appreciate the job I have now. As for all the other employees,they were awesome people. Do not and I repeat, do not give this company the benefit of doubt like I did. Thank God you were warned.

The company is the worst to work for. The people at the main office are childish and ignorant. The supervisors and managers are only worried about making money and don't matter who they hurt even if your an employee. The girls in payroll are ridiculous and childish. They are girls not women and remember everything comes back so try to treat people with respect and not act like a child, and I will try to report to a higher up if the girl on the phone would stop lieing about everyone being on the phone.
