Kaci the absolute worst loan agent I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional… I was referred to them for a small land loan which I was told by them when I called that it would be no problem . Poor communication, repeatedly asked for items already sent . Gathered all my information, ran my credit & dragged her feet . I highly recommend you keep looking . Definitely would not do business with them. She knew all details of loan, said it wouldn't be a problem and comes back a week later and says they can't do it after all. All while wasting time on closing to retrieve earnest money, or make a different offer. Now I am worried about my personal information, since she didn't know she had it after requesting it multiple times. Either she was drunk or doesn't care. I requested to speak to her Supervisor or President and was completely ignored. Do not use these people. They are awful!

Konni Williams was my Mortgage Loan Officer. She was very professional and was always available to answer any question no matter how crazy I sounded .Konni was very knowledgeable on all closing and documentations and prep me prior to closing on what to expect. I will always go though Konni on all my future land loans.

Konni Williams has been killer for me in so many ways! She is extremely attentive to detail, always responsive and gets the job done for me and all my clients. Working with her and Texas Farm Credit has been a pleasure and both personally and professionally, myself and Legacy Broker Group will continue to send all of our clients to her!

Contacted them once. The response was immediate and informative. Asked for a loan to buy our property, and paperwork to approval was less than two weeks. Easiest loan I ever made. Seriously simple. I highly recommend Texas Farm Credit for anyone who qualifies.
