From the 1st phone call I received to the moment I walked out approved, Ms. Lucy and staff were so courteous and professional. It was such a pleasant atmosphere from the lovely Christmas music, to the smiles on staffs faces. Definitely a pleasure!

This location is great! Gloria is very kind and helpful . Customer service is superb. Easy application process and you can even fill one out online. Definitely recommend this place!!

Great experience! Had a hard time getting a loan everywhere else due to my credit and Western finance was able to get me approved over the phone.it was quick and easy! Just had to go in and sign a form and was on my way with a check!
