I have been with Check 'n Go for several months now. I am on my second loan, and I think they are an excellent business. The best thing about them is the staff, Alex helped me this last time and was very professional and helpful. I feel trusted, secure, and safe to borrow from Check 'n Go. I’ve seen a lot employees come and go; however for the last 4 years Mr. Alex, branch manager, has been providing me an excellent service from all the years I’m going there. Well today I was having a rough start of the day, I walked in Check N go and Man!! This employee named Alex attended me in such a POSITIVE UNDERSTANDING way that by the time I walked out , I had forgotten why I was bothered to begin with! Turned my day completely around! Alex is a great example of WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE and I believe all employees should aim to treat and understand customers and most importantly attend the customer in a timely manner just like Alex took care of me!
