Very unprofessional employees. Managers need retraining better yet they need NEW managers. They fail to communicate with you when they say they will call you back they fail to put payment dates in the contract they are very rude. Araceli and Mrs villareal have made this the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They are very unorganized. When I went to settle the account they didn’t even have the proper paperwork with them the individual had to ask for a blank paper to fill in for the agreement the employee even mentioned they were new at this and were still learning how to do settlements what an embarrassment they send employees who have no idea what to do. Total joke
