Oportun, San Juan, TX

Ive done my business with Oportun 2 other times in the past. This time, I was having issues doing an application online/with the 800 number. So I came in person relieved because I always have had great service and my loan was already approved. The rep Genesis kept***** cutting me off when I was explaining to her what happened and wasnt compassionate at all. I was not angry or upset to begin with she is just a rude employee. They had a long line and ive worked/managed at a loan company before and have never treated a customer this way no matter how busy we were.. overall not the best experience. Very dissapointed this time around.
