when receiving calls for info, it'd be really great if everyone was on the same page... not the first time I have an issue here, never renewing or doing business here ever again after account is finally closed.

They sold me almost $3,000 in insurance without explaining to me that they would charge me on the loan. There you realize what kind of business and what kind of people they are.

Very bad expierence! Reflection of a company comes from managment and Paula is rude and unprofessional! She treats you as if she doesnt want to help you! If you dont like your job leave! No wonder they make you take days off! Got much better service from someone who is not “management” and actually likes his job! If your going to this place ask for JUAN he actually treats you right!

Call my job and then hang up asking for me when I have never even taken out a loan from this place. I'm about to call and give them a piece of my mind.

Tired of this company calling my number for someone that doesnt even live here and when i tried to explained to her that no one lives here with that name, she started treating me about some payment and im like lady we dont not have a loan and no one lives here with that name. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE, Thank goodness i dont do business with this place.
