I stumbled upon Atlas Credit Co. on Google one day as I was searching for loan offices to help me out with a small personal loan. I have to say the reviews on the place didn't give me much help, there seemed to be lack of reviews compared to the other places around the city. But let me tell you this place was amazing!! the reps that work there were not only helpful but also very welcoming! they all had a good sense of proper customer service (which honestly is hard to find now a days) specifically Viviana, she was very helpful and very thoughtful, I had a tremendous amount of confidence borrowing money from a company like this one all thanks to her! she walked me through the whole process step by step and the approval time was so fast and pain free! if anyone else is on the hunt for a great loan experience I highly recommend Atlas Credit Co.

Atlas is amazing! I made a few mistakes in my younger days that gave me a questionable credit score and Atlas is slowly improving that. Every time I go in to pay the wonderful ladies of Atlas ask me about my wife, my kiddos, work and life. It's an insanely friendly company that cares about their jobs and their customers!

Ive been with Atlas Credit San Marcos for a long time. I have NEVER had any issues with the AWESOME staff. I would recommend Atlas to anyone who is in need of a loan. Keep up the great work ladies.

Don't use this place! The manager is rude and condescending. Was left on hold numerous times never moved received a call back go up in the manager tells me I just need to be patient well this is after didn't tell me they're going to call me back have it done nothing. Put me on hold I drive up there while I'm going to hold and walk into the office and then they were sitting by the desk talking and laughing while I was on hold! I wish I would have read the reviews first before going there I'd never would have went that manager has no business talking to people being in customer service I do not know how she's pulling the wool over atlas's eyes she's probably the worst customer service person I've ever seen!
