The amount wasn’t what I was told lower and didn’t have anything explained to me. This was done over phone and they were in a rush to have me sign but didn’t take the time to explain some important details. Glad I still got refinanced but still they could of been more professional with that part

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. After being pre approved for a 1400+ loan, they got all of my information, then never called me back. I called three times to check on my application through out the day only to be told after 5 pm, sorry we can't help you, with no reason why. The girl Samantha that answers the phone was eating while she was talking to me, which I find totally disgusting, and she never picked up the phone again after placing me on hold. Don't waste your time.

They put you through an employment verification grilling over the phone, for a measly $$$$ loan for home improvement/repairs.
