I was needing a credit loan to pay a couple of bills so a friend of mine referred me to this place. I was told to ask for Michael specifically and I was not disappointed. When I walked through the door there he was, kind, courteous, and professional. He guided me through the credit loan process, my available options, and the payment plans involved. He was very knowledgeable and made it all easy to understand. Customer service and business ethics like that is extremely rare, so if you're needing help with a loan and unsure of how the process works then I definitely would recommend going to him.

I asked for a loan and I was approved. I showed right at 6 pm when they closed and the manager did not turn me away he helped me the whole way till the paperwork was done. He went above and beyond. The other employee that was there with him also helped me and did it with a smile. They were awesome. I recommend them highly.

These guys are awesome! I had barely any credit and not much going on but they made the experience fun and effortless. Michael is so cool he’a always super lenient on when to pay when I’m having trouble! 10/10

The people that work at Western Shamrock in San Marcos are professional and hard working and are willing to help out in any way. They are flexible and up front with you about getting a loan and the process.

If I could give more stars to them I would. They had some of the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. They were very welcoming and friendly. They both had great smiles and seemed truly happy to be there helping me, they gave me a loan when no one else would. Thank you guys you were absolutely wonderful.
