Valerie and Eva were amazing. I’m in a very particular situation and not only were they more patient than i expected and even provided me with information on how to manage my money, along with the resources to go ahead and take advantage. Highly recommended.

Such a friendly and welcoming place. The cashier was super nice and helpful. I wish I had just come here first instead of driving all over town but finally found a place to take care of my needs!

Yesterday evening I experienced the worst visit I’ve had at this location! Let me start by stating that I am a previous manager of Ace Cash Express and I know how much this company values their customer service. I loved working for this company because it prided on assuring that their customers were appreciated. Well last night I walked away with a very bad taste in my mouth. I came into this location wanting to conduct a bill pay for my college student who also works full time. His rent needed to be paid no later than Tuesday in order to not accrue a late charge. So I went in with all the required information along with his photo Id incase it was needed. A very unpleasant lady Pat was the only person working at the time. A loan applicant was in front of me and I observed how so robotic she was and not friendly what so ever. You should have seen the face that man had as he walked away! He saw the same thing I saw which was a very dry, unfriendly demeanor this employee had. I should have known my experience was going to be any different. She gave me such as difficult time about me paying my son rent because I guess he needed to be present. It wasn’t like I was trying to pick up a moneygram on behalf of him. I was simply trying to pay his rent. After callling her DM and the manager, she allowed me to pay. As not only being a previous employee of ace, I also partner with this location every year as a tax partner… you can see how many customers I refer to cash their tax checks at this location! Let me just say that due to Pat, I will rethink of doing it this year. She has no customer service what so ever. Your job is not only to do things properly BUT to also offer good service to people that choose to walk into your location. She has failed in doing that!!!!

Ace is the place to go, especially when my girl Valerie is working. They are all so helpful and quick and nice to the customers. Never had any problems and will continue to give them my service. Great establishment honestly.

Valerie was a true gem. She knew the details of every question that was asked, she was dressed to impress, friendly, and had a wonderful attitude and personality. I would gladly do business here again as she was a pleasure to work with. She gets my vote for employee of the month! I give her a 10!
