I always took a loan with onemain in Houston. Monica on 13260 Northwest Fwy, Houston is the best. She was the one who help me for all my application. And caroline on 5757 Westheimer Houston when they transfer my case close to me. I never had a problem my first loan was 3000. I paid off and my 2nd 12000 and I paid off. I just arrived in San Antonio and I preferred to apply in my area where unfortunately I was refused. But I found that I had to make a mistake in my application. Most often when you are refused and there is an error, they are able to reopen and redo another application. Arrived I did not feel welcome by the manager the others yes but not her because I observe a lot and I saw her reaction. She acted professionally so as not to make me feel uncomfortable but the actions do not deceive I was coming back from work so not presentable. She automatically took off her mask when I contacted her agent because I have a foreign accent, then discreetly made me sit down for 5 minutes. Her agent walked up to her and then she whispered about me. Then before calling me, she moved the chair away from the table. She then pretended to look at my file and then made me understand that unfortunately she cannot modify the data. I strongly advise against selma's location because the manager judges you according to your appearance. Refusal is not a problem but actions push back. Unfortunately I felt discriminated against by her. Currently I preferred not to apply anymore here because I don't want to have this same reaction elsewhere since I'm new to San Antonio. I don't like to give a bad review but it's my first time to have this at a one-hand agency. I advise onemain but not that of selma sorry.

Abigail, Stacey and the manager Jackie do not pay attention to detail and will tell you that you are in the wrong when you correct their mistake! Please do not go to the Selma office to get a loan, first off Jackie is the manager and they all lied to me and my wife about our loan just to take our car title. They messed up both my credit card account and reported in incorrect address on my credit report. When you call them all they do is keep giving you the run around to call all these different departments. Not only did they stop me and my wife from purchasing out home, but they caused us to have to move into a rental. No one will call you back and I even ask to be connected to corporate office. The level of disappointment is beyond words for this office. GO WITH ANOTHER LOAN COMPANY!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!!!

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!! Abigail Baptasce does not know what she is doing and should not be trusted. When you fill out your application, only list the account you want to make payments from. They will pull out your payment out of any of your accounts. Abigail, Stacey and the manager Jackie do not pay attention to detail and will tell you that you are in the wrong when you correct their mistake. We have been with them for over 5 years and it has been a nightmare! Can't wait till we pay this account off so we don't have to deal with their incompetencies any longer!

Do not give this company your time, energy or any information. They literally will take money from your bank account WITHOUT your authorization or any notice. And then when confronted about it, they will call the police on you. They took advantage of my situation, refused to work with me, while constantly lying to my face and threatened me with legal action if I couldn’t pay my bill when I’m in a high risk pregnancy unable to work. How this is legal is beyond me.

Accused of mis-stating income on my application because the paychecks didn't equal the dollar amount declared. We told them we had land lease on farming property that accounted for the difference and even uploaded the 1099 as proof but the representative we spoke with just treated us like we were some kind of con artists/scammers. I would never recommend this financial institutions services to anyone and have never been more insulted by the blatant ineptness of a business in my life. Shylocks treat their clients with more respect then I received from this place.

Always have been courteous and resourceful. I look forward to seeing the staff each time I visit.

The staff with the exception of the manager has been rude and highly disrespectful. I will NEVER do business at this branch, I strongly suggest none of Y'all do as well.
