First United Bank, Seminole, TX

Have dealt with two bankers. Both claimed getting my loan wouldn’t be any problem whatsoever. Both won’t return phone calls or follow up as promised. I do not recommend using this bank for loans.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Rita was so helpful when I needed assistance with my accounts while I'm out of town. She was so sweet and everything we discussed was done within the same day. Thank you, Rita! I've been with this bank for years and I have to say that their customer service is always excellent, and they are so fast about getting anything you need taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I have been trying to get a check bock for 2 weeks already nobody helps me nobody answers the phone

So far so good I'm trying to get a commercial loan right now its taking long I had a loan before it did the something but I'm pretty sure I'll get it soon totally satisfied so far.
