A lady from the McKinney office was filling in for Michelle, I can't remember her name, but she was so nice and polite. Michelle is also great too.

The lady was very nice that waited on me. I just think that when you go online to get a loan and they say your pre-approved and then you going to the store and they say you're not approved I think that is a miscommunication I believe it needs to be fixed because it gives people false hope that they're going to get help and then they go in there and go through all that process and then nothing
