Tyler Rosser has been processing our loan application for about 2 weeks now. Even early on he couldn’t find all of the information that I emailed to him and I had to call multiple times to verify if he received it or not. After nearly 2 weeks he finally called me to let me know I was not approved 3 minutes before they closed and was very short and unprofessional in his explanation as to why I was not approved. I guess you have to have an 800 credit score or better to be treated like a normal customer at Lone Star Bank in Sherman. Avoid this bank because there are plenty of other options available that know how to respect and value customers even when they decline a loan application.

We had a great experience. This was our first time buying land and they made it very smooth. We always had a prompt response and they were great with timelines. We have been very pleased with their services and helpfulness.
