Called to gather information about a loan, and the girl who answered "Jessica" sounded like she was in a rush to hang up on me, she also was talking to me in a rude tone. I called back to speak to a manager ad see if she had more customer service skills. Her name was "Nancy" and when I told her about my bad experience with "Jessica" all she said was, "aha", yeah" "ok", "I apologize". I'm a General Manager at a finance company and know more than anything that our customers make our business. This two ladies made me feel the worst person ever, it's already a bad situation asking for a loan and them making it worst is not the right way of treating ANYONE. Please change you staff! (northeast location is the same)

Worst company to get a loan opened an account for a total of 5 months ended up paying over $1100 in interest for it! OUTRAGEOUS!! LOAN SHARKS, STAY AWAY!!
