I am a real estate agent who needed a mortgage for my own purchase. I chose Harry Dunmire's team because he was the only loan officer who attempted and actually succeeded at preapproving a refinance for me. We didn't refinance and ended up purchasing another home instead. Harry was able to get us closed in about 21 days from the time we applied. It was nerve-wracking as it always is when waiting for a home loan, but Harry kept us informed, regularly checked in on the process, and had us ready to close in 3 weeks.
