I can't say enough good things about Landon and Corridor. I was looking for another hard money lender and I believe I found it. They respond very quickly are really easy to deal with and go above and beyond to get you anything you need. Great people and I will be doing more business in the future.

I must say this is the Best lender i have worked with! Dan Hardy walked me thru my refinance property step for step! I also came back to him and wanted to do a construction loan..i was missing a few steps and he took the time to guide me on how to get in line to get approved! I took his advice and now i’m working on my first construction loan project with many more to come! I’m looking for a long term relationship with this company and the majority of that is because of Dan Hardy thank you sir!

I first heard about Corridor Funding through my business partner who highly recommended them to me. I reached out to them and got in touch with Dan Hardy and immediately saw why he recommended them so much. Dan stayed on top of my loan, kept me well informed through the whole process and offered me different scenarios to lower my interest rate and thus save me money in the long run. I liked working with Dan so much that I submitted another 3 loan applications and sure enough, Dan responded right away informing me that he received all of my paperwork and would work on it right away. Highly recommended.

One star is too much. I have a signed rate lock refi in place and just now get a text that Corridor and its “owners” will not honor this. Landon sends me a new term sheet: “this is the best we can do.” Do not work with Corridor. The market has and is changing. Apparently so do Corridor’s values and ethics. Poorly reflects on this lender’s team and ownership.

I've been in the biz for over 20 years and they are truly the most honest and straight forward hard money lenders in this business. Jasen Miller knows the ends and outs of real estate and is an asset when you need him and so is his partner who also has real estate experience. CF has been help in growing my biz and I appreciate them!
