OneMain Financial, Spring, TX

I was approved for the loan, they have refinanced me, Eli provided great service.. The complaint I have is for the so called manager / assistant manager, that received my call to so called support me! Did not give me HIS name but is the most despicable, rude, ZERO compassion, demonstrated ZERO empathy! Acts like if he owns the company, to be in a customer services industry he lacks training! Dealing with the public is difficult enough, so please someone assist him in getting communication skills. With his un-conscious bias remarks!!

I've always had good service with them since my original loan in 2020. Reasonable rates for someone who has little credit, compared to other loan places with higher APRs, OneMain is the one to use.

The worst company and Branch Manger I’ve ever dealt with.. Very unprofessional and uneducated with their products .that are advertised..I would not recommend this company Matter of fact I will be filing a complaint with BBB and CFPB. They need to get rid of that Branch Manager…

I applied for a small loan only because Credit Karma recommended. I received several text messages once the loan was submitted. I received an email to give them a call for additional information. I returned Eduardo's phone call and give him information lacking. He said he would get back with me once he submitted to supervisor. I never received a call and left several messages and voice mails without success. When I finally did speak with him and it was my understanding he did not return my calls because the loan was declined and the paperwork was SWIPED, which I'm assuming was trashed. So I guess if your declined they won't call you back...GO FIGURE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. THE ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO.

I came to One main financial looking for a small loan. I was helped by Jason J. He took the time to go over all my loan options with out feeling rushed. He explained each option and took the time to answer all my questions. He never pressed for me to take a higher loan like most places do. He was very respectful of my situation and of the choice that best fitted my need. Thank you Jason for your professionalism and assistance!

This was a very good experience, there were some obstacles to overcome. I began to get impatient but Jason and his boss stayed the course...never getting frustrated with my impatience and guiding me back through the process. Kudos to these guys and you will always get my highest recommendation. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!!
