I’ve had a few separate loans with RF over the past couple of years. This has been the most arduous. The lack of follow through and communication is underwhelming at best. Most people request loans based on a need. To have to make repeated calls to get information is disheartening.

Mathew was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is it took so long to finalize out request due to your system.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone has great personalities. I'm very thankful.
