I called after getting a pre approval two different times and spoke to ann,after submitting an application she called me back to inform me that the credit part had an approval but my income half was not enough,after informing her that I had more income she informed me to email her the documents to finish the process. I called the next day and spoke to anna and i was told they did not have an application on me. After 5 minutes of searching anna informed me that her and ann is busy with other customers and they would call me back shortly. After waiting without receiving a return call I called back 5 minutes before closing to be informed that I would receive a call back first thing in the morning.After not receiving a phone call I called around 1 pm and spoke with ann. I asked ann why the inconsistencies and was told their system had issues and she would call me back. After asking if they would have to pull my credit again she said no, she called back saying the it was declined due to me not having enough credit after informing her that I have credit cards I have had for 7 years and she continued to over talk me so I just ended the conversation with thank you. I am very disappointed with the whole ordeal and surprised based on the good reviews I read.

They offered me flexibility by allowing me to renew my loan with them. The staff is very professional and I was treated with respect.
