I read previous Google reviews to get prepared for what to expect. The reviews with one star, dane I do not know what kind of service you received, I loved the customer service 360 all the around. I walked in the side door and regardless, a kind lady led me to where I could fill in my cash deposit checks. The tellers were good at their job carrying about it in a business and formal manner. An employee appointed to help people with debit card was helpful and made the set up effortless.

My husband and I have jobs come up pretty frequently where we are paid by check. A good number of the people who pay us by check bank at first financial. We've considered recently banking at 1st financial because of the feature of depositing checks at ATM. But after today we've decided to continue banking where we bank for this reason. If someone who banks with 1st financial pays us a check from 1st financial, 1st financial charges us $5 even though it's their check no matter how small the check is. Our bank invites new customers in by offering free check cash even if you don't bank with them. THAT'S being about gaining new customers. We'll continue banking where we're at, but thanks for charging for YOUR own checks to lost potential customers!

Denisse Lopez is the sweetest and very kind hearted personal banker. Conversation is simple but meaningful and has great memory when it comes to her customers. Quick in and out when I lost my card and she even gave a sincere congrats to my wife and I. Definitely an outstanding employee.

I have had amazingly positive results at First Fin Bank on Business 377. In 2014 I moved here from out of state ...,ready to buy a home in Erath county and settle down . I had a great credit and work history , so they helped me through all the tons of paper work ...gave me a great rate ... I love this bank ..., their app. Is easy . They are eager to help you when you go into that lobby ...always kind and respectful ! ❤️

Worst customer service an you have to seem to be very well off to get treated with any respect there. Or any first financial bank. I will be closing mine an my wife accounts an going online it’s time for banks like this one to fade away. They are out dated an wrong. Keep robbing the little guy America.

I am almost 72 years old and have banked here since I was a year old. I have had nothing but excellent service. My son, my sister, my nephew, my niece, my cousin and great niece also bank here. My father was a long time board member. This is our financial family.

I highly recommend them If you ever have trouble go in office, they will help you immediately and fix every problem you have no matter how frustrated you are lol they have amazing people working in there. Thank you very much for being my bank.💕 …
