Fig Loans, Sugar Land, TX

I would and have recommended Fig Loans to people I know. The customer service is stellar and they will work with you on any situation. The fact that they report to credit bureaus is also great I have once or twice gotten a small loan just to boost my credit to a few points that was needed. They are awesome!!!!!!!.

This was a great way to build credit and have an unexpected expense covered. Everything was transparent financially and the payments boosted my credit. I don't have one negative thing to say about fig and their customer service, which helped me on 2 occasions. In these times having fig as an emergency fix is very calming to my mind.

Fig is one of the easiest companies to get a loan through. They work with you with the repayment dates if you need to reschedule or change a date which is real convenient when you’re in a bind. I would encourage anyone who needs a loan to consider Fig!

So I did mess up and I paid late. I acknowledge this is 100% my fault but the one thing that gets me to give them a one star is simply not keeping their word. Fig told me in an email if I handled my balance that all the negative marks on my credit report would be removed and after paying the loans off in full they are marked closed but still have all the negative marks on my report. I honestly would have given 5 stars otherwise. I kept my end. Sorry I was late paying but Fig initiated the agreement if I paid that they would help me out and I really appreciated the offer. I really did.

Fig Loans is great, if you ever need a helping hand. It's easy to apply and get your amount posted to your bank account. Your payments are easily processed, with low fees and the customer service is really good.

I had an experience that put me off Fig. I applied through Borrowell when they said I was pre-approved. I wasn't. It was a lie. I applied and I have a decent credit score. They denied my application. Then they wouldn't tell me why. I was very insulted by their rep that I got an email from. I felt like I was treated like I was stupid and he wouldn't help at all. I was just told that I didn't qualify and that was it. No advice. Nothing. Horrible experience.

Super easy approval. Great customer service. Interest not too extreme. Payments manageable. Can adjust payment dates easily. I had surgery and they worked with me while my time off with no pay. Definitely recommend.
