I had a loan at the Sweetwater office right by subway never would I recommend this office or the one in Snyder to anyone I was warned not to use them for emergencies or just for credit at all and I gave them a chance I went threw life as we all do iv been fighting cancer with my daughter for a while now iv paid my loan off reopened the loan payed it off at least 4 times fell behind due to in and out of cooks with my daughter and all cause I fell behind due to medical reasons I was told my loan could not be reopened but it’s paid in full the min I got back from the cook’s hospital he said he made multiple attempts to contact me no you called my job when I was not there I had contact with worker in office whole time and spoke with manager so they knew the situation was told the wrong information and there wasn’t anything I could do at the time tell I got back so if your not wanting to be turned down after paying so much money to these people and get behind due to hard times don’t use Texas Finance
