1st Franklin Financial, Temple, TX

I have used 1st Franklin financial several times and they have always helped. The customer service is always great. I worked with Lynette to secure a loan, she’s amazing.

Have had a horrible experience since they took over. Have requested insurance that was added onto contract to be removed that we didn't want in the first place. Husband went into office to sign paperwork o they would remove from loan and it is still not removed. Adding over 1,000 and having to pay interest on money they added to loan we did not want. We have used excel numerous times in the past and never again.

1st Franklin is an excellent financial institution!! I have borrowed twice from them and each time they have been professional and I’ve had excellent customer service. I recommend them to all my family and friends!!
