The worker Nicki that answered the phone was extremely rude, when answering questions that I had. If you don't like your job you shouldn't of applied to work there. Customer service is everything and she just doesn't have it. I hope someone from upper management takes a look at the one she speaks with potential customers over there the phone. Unbelievable!!!!!!

I used to love Atlas Credit. I have paid off about 3 loans with them when Michelle B. was working. I love and miss Michelle and the other lady that was there with her. This new guy they hired a few months ago wanted me to do another application all over again and he wasn't very friendly. I just walked out. Atlas does report to the credit bureaus which is awesome but they need to bring Michelle back. Oh when I asked about Michelle the guy said well Michelle wasn't doing something right so that's probably why she isn't here. That was So So Unprofessional. If I remember correctly he was an Hispanic guy. I will never go back to Atlas if he's working.

I love this branch! Super helpful and professional! They helped me build my credit and christyna is such an awesome branch manager! She helped answer all of my questions about credit and gave me a clear understanding of how important it is to make on time payments! These guys rock! Way to go for having someone like christyna at atlas!

Michelle is great at her job. I enjoy going in there even if no payment is due. The other girls that have worked with her are good at their job also. Very cheerful place of business.

Ms. Michelle Bart is absolutely incredible. I couldn't ask for a better place to get my credit going in the right direction! Everyone that works here make coming to pay my payment a joy. It's always great to walk in and see smiling happy faces. They are doing an incredible job at the Temple location!
