Beware this company uses "shopped mailing addresses " to solicit loan "business". YOUR personal info is being distributed thru USPS where it can be stolen, used illegally, put your credit at risk. They do not care about you or your credit. IDENTITY THEFT IS BEING AIDED BY THIS COMPANY. Very poor business practice, unethical and careless. If you receive your info, contact State Attorney General ofc for consumer affairs.

Was excited to work with this bank, since they sent me a dozens of pre-qualified loan options, and this has turned into a waste of time and effort. After all the time and effort I spent to go through this establishment and less than and hour from going to the actual appointment, I was denied, so this is not worth it. Please do not send me any advertisements from your company, do not waste my time again in the future. I will not use your services nor recommend you. Horrible first experience.

Badly managed branch! I setup an appointment with their manager to secure a small loan after filling out their online form. Before my appointment, I was later bullied over the phone to accept a different deal than I wanted (which I declined). When I arrived for paperwork signing, the manager had left for the day (she leaves at 3pm) so two genuinely incompetent people tried to follow her notes to get me entered into the system. They contradicted themselves numerous times over my appoint and were untrained “on their new system,” blaming management. Badly managed all around. High interest short term loans are better sysyemized by places like Spotloan, etc. Unless you have time to wait around for no results, I strongly recommend to seek a loan elsewhere.

If y'all need a little help to make ends meet go see Roxanne. She took great care of me and I really appreciate that she was so patient with all the questions I had about my loan details. The fresh remodel is a nice upgrade in comparison to the rest of the strip center they are in. Their suite felt very warm & inviting. Great experience.
