OneMain Financial, Terrell, TX

The office we go to is top tier including all the staff. We've had a few loans with y'all now and I would like to see lower interest rates. I know it's credit score based, but repeat customers with perfect payment history should be offered lower interest.

One Main Financial in Terrell is by far the best. Even when you are down on your luck they treat you like you are important. They don’t gouge you with high interests or lengthy closings. Get a loan and make your payments on time and you will always be able to get a loan with them. You do right by them a they will do right by you. Thank you Alicia, Glendra and Maurice for always being the best.

Stay away from this place! They will pull your credit and your credit will take a hit only to tell you that you don't have enough debt to get a loan.... WTF? You would think having little to no debt at all would be easier to get a loan but they would rather loan their money to people in crazy debt. Makes no sense. Here is a hint people in mad debt have a less chance paying off the loan over people with little to no debt it's not rocket science. Plus the people there were very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible place to get a loan. You apply online. They give you an approval for a certain amount and a set interest rate. Once at their office, the amount you was approved for online is totally different from what they offer you. Basically, getting your credit pulled for a lie. Then, the interest rate is high and it seems as if you’re never going to pay off the loan. Run!

It was a great experience easy process in out didn't take long to get a answer on the approval
