Incredible place! Very helpful staff, fantastic location!

Horrible customer service Tasha was rude she didn't want to give me my receipt after she took my money she lied and said I called her to b word which was a lie but she didn't want to play the recording back from the phone call I would never ever borrow from that place again all I wanted my receipt and she couldn't give it to me she lied and told me she was going to give me my receipt for my final payment and email it and she didn't but they email receipts before.. they threatened me with cops and everything. I'm a black woman with no criminal record and I feel like it was a setup. That woman needs to be fired the other woman who worked there was more polite. I've never had a loan company treat me that bad. God don't like ugly and what goes around comes around. How is that harassment when all I wanted was a copy of my receipt I payed my loan off I'm starting to think this place is a scam. My white friend said they've given her receipts. The woman is obviously racist that's the assumption she gaved me. But I'ma pray for her because whatever she's dealing with she needs it. Update 11/10/2023 I contacted corporate and my situation was handled properly by The head boss Mr. Mark. He allowed me to go into the loan office, and when I got there my receipt was ready. The more polite worker was smiling, and we both apologized to each other. Tasha stayed at her desk, never looked my way and didn't say a word. She is arrogant, stuck up, snobby and she didn't even acknowledge me as a customer, and she's a manager, but I'm thankful my situation was fixed. I rated 2 stars because of Tasha , but as for Mr Mark and the loan officer they deserve 5 stars.

The lady’s that work there are very friendly and helpful. And always smiling and treat u family.
