Referral by another loan company and when called was told I had to go to another area office because I was not in this jurisdiction, since when is a loan company in a jurisdiction, only Courts, police, and of course, like I used to be a Probation officer, or that type of official has jurisdiction. The reason for the loan was to move into an apartment and I guess it was just to much to be nice to a person seeking help since I had direct deposit social security at end of each month. This is a company that sales money for payments, not a good choice in Texas city Texas

If I can leave 1 Star I would. Very bad customer service. No patience and rude. I was going to get a loan but ended up walking out. They do not care if you have good or bad loan history they just don’t care for your needs and will give you attitude for nothing.
