SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE THEY TRY TO GET YOU INTO WORSE DEBT THAN YOU ALREADY ARE. Worst scam ever last month they wanted me to refinance my 600 dollar loan I didn't that was my 3rd payment so my pay off was 300 almost 400 I go make my 4th payment it says I now owe 562.00 they are trying to charge me 500 more than that on a 600 dollar loan. Worst customer service won't explain why it's so high but starts yelling saying that is what you owe just pay it. I understand interest but not the same amount you borrowed even more than a loan. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM WATCH OUT THEY ARE A SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I applied for a loan with them, parts of the application were confusing where it asks what type of loan, my credit isn’t great so it was denied, come to find out I applied for the credit only based loan by mistake. I reapplied for the loan that is based off income and other factors, not credit only. Got an email the next morning I was approved pending additional information. Never got a call from them so I called around 4 pm. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and I asked her what info I needed to send them like bank statements, paystubs l, bills etc and she told me my application was denied, I asked her why and she stated I would get a notice. I asked her how I was denied when they didn’t even have any of my financial information like paystubs and bank statements and she got an attitude and said her manager told her to deny me because of my credit. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been dealing with serious health issues and yes my credits bad because of COVID reducing my hours. I have never felt so disrespected!!!

It’s ok place to get a loan but very annoying with the phone calls if your late I won’t be doing business with them again. I had medical issues first thing I don’t need are annoying calls 2-3 or more a day because I’m a few days past

Very friendly atmosphere the employees are very intelligent and can answer all your questions and will work with you.

WORST PLACE TO EVER DO BUSINESS I REGET IT AND WILL NEVER SEND SOMEONE THER WAY !! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !! NEW MANAGER IS THE SAME WAY AS THE OLD & THEY NEED NEW CSR BECAUSE THAT'S THE REASON THEY DON'T GET PAID IF YAL RUDE TO PEOPLE THEY'LL BE RUDE A BACK I HATE THIS PLACE ! NO GOOD STAFF
