Terrible experience. Do not go with this company. They (Athi) will lure you with enticing numbers and false promises to get you sign their documents. Once everything is signed all the numbers goes up towards the closing and puts us in a situation where you end up paying high fees for not going with their lender. While other lenders are transparent about the rates and closing costs home with loan is totally deceiving.

Have worked with Ajith Anugu for closing my mortgage in GA. He is very helpful. He has lot of patience and very professional. He explained the entire mortgage process. He has helped to complete the mortgage on time. There was no issue in closing the mortgage. Ajith has helped me in getting very low rate on time. I would definitely do business with them again and would refer my friends too. The entire team is very helpful. The rates they have promised and they have delivered on time. There was no surprises. I worked with Athi Nallasamy, am not new to home loan/mortgage process. Athi/HomeWithLoan doesn't keep up promises, ghosts you and lies to you. They started my loan and agreed to a APR, however just 2 days before closing the loan Athi/Karthik on new down payment and loan rates. They lie to you and when want to close the loan Athi/Karthik will ghost you and will not pick up calls and ghost you. They are very un-professional, don't keep up the words and make false promises. Please run away from this team, the worst mortgage team I have worked with.
