ACE Cash Express, Tomball, TX

They were amazing!!! The women in there always helped me out. I went there for a money order then came back to cash a check and opened an account. It was so easy and quick. They were so sweet, informative, and helpful I definitely recommend coming to this location they strive to go the extra mile to actually help you out!!! And also called to remind me to set up my Direct Deposit!!

After going other places and being dismissed or having horrible customer service I came to Ace Cash express and Ms. Elizabeth really took the time to understand the help I needed and helped me right away. She has amazing customer service and was able to help me within 15 minutes when other places couldn’t. I am so glad I came here! If I ever need to come to ACE cash express again I will definitely come to this location to see Ms. Elizabeth again :)

I had such an amazing experience, first time ever going and Ms. Elizabeth was definitely helpful and amazing! Definitely loved her attitude and personality! She definitely made me smile! .. honestly the woman needs a raise !!!! People like her make the company moving up and people coming back!!!

I normally don't leave to many reviews on places, but couldn't let the new manager ( Herb ) at this location go unnoticed. From the time I walked in the door he made me feel welcome and during the process he was very informative and polite. I felt like I just made a new friend.

Herb was very helpful in walking me through the steps and very clear with communicating. I would recommend his service for anyone looking for good quality customer service.
