Network Funding seems to be the sole mortgage company Triumph Lending works for, making Triumph not a mortgage "broker" in the ordinary sense of the word. Network Funding gave a good rate, but actually closing with them is nearly impossible in my experience. Three days prior to my scheduled closing date to purchase a house, Chris Anderson of Triumph informed me we had to fix the foundation and repair cracks in the walls. Chris had an appraisal done over a month before the closing date that fully explained everything that was wrong with the house, including the settling foundation and cracks in the walls. This of course caused the seller to get mad at me as the buyer, and we almost lost the house because of it. Consumers beware - the cheapest is not always the best.

Matt Pierce went above and beyond. He was able to make suggestions that I didn’t know about due to his experience. He also answers at almost every hour of the week. I feel like he worked more hours than he should have for the commission he probably received. I will definitely be contacting him about my next loan. Great guy. Never got annoyed with all my requests. Never felt him express frustration (wouldn’t blame him if he was). Always pleasant to talk to. Texting him made the process so much easier.

Network Funding and Triumph Lending made buying my first home a breeze and we closed a week early thanks to Jake Snortland, my loan officer. He did a great job answering any questions any time of day thru voice and text. 10/10 I'm recommending him to my friends and family and will refinance with him in the future.
